Bounty of the County – A Culinary Revival

Nevada County Grown is bringing together our local farmers, chefs, ranchers, restaurants, winemakers & brewmasters for an evening of exquisite flavors. By sourcing seasonal ingredients our county’s top chefs will draw on their talents to create delicacies for the evening.

Enjoy new tastes from your old favorites and discover new favorites as we welcome fresh restaurant arrivals to our community.

Here are a few sneak preview snippets of the tasting dishes attendees will enjoy at the sixth annual Bounty of the County next Thursday
without giving it all away, tastes will include:
roasted smoked pepper soup with corn and herbs
summer harvest pasties
Zucchini  basil pancakes with heirloom tomatoes
Mixed beet arugula salad with goat cheese
summer vegetable enchiladas
zucchini cashew dill tart
summer peach crisp
shredded baby lamb white bean puree and arugula
chickpea pancakes with heirloom tomato coulis
all made with seasonal fruits and vegetables from 20 local Nevada County farms.
