GROWING MUSHROOMS  WORKSHOP
10am – 2pm
Learn from the experts at Tumbling Creek Farm how to grow edible and medicinal mushrooms and set up a successful mushroom cultivation space at home! In this hands-on workshop, Marlene and Cliff Bottenfield will teach you how to pasteurize and inoculate straw with oyster mushrooms; layer a raised bed substrate and inoculate it with wine cap /garden giant mushrooms; and select and plug a log with shiitake mushrooms to take home.  Read more, or get our tickets now.
