Nevada County Economic Resource Council (ERC) maintains a comprehensive Business Directory
of employers with the products and services businesses offer along with information about the Nevada County labor market. The directory is a valuable resource for both employers and job seekers. In addition to the Business Directory, the ERC maintains postings of job openings

The WorkForce Connection One-Stop Career Center
offers a variety of training programs for jobseekers and provides businesses assistance in recruiting, screening, hiring and training new employees. The One-Stop WorkForce Connection Center is located at 715 Maltman Drive in Grass Valley, phone (530) 265-7088.
The WorkForce Connection is a partnership of community-based agencies collaborating with the local business community to enhance the productivity and competitiveness of the local and regional economy. The WorkForce Connection partners include Cal WORKS Employment Services, California Department of Rehabilitation, Employment Development Center, Golden Sierra Job Training Agency, Nevada County Economic Resource Council, 49er R.O.P., Sierra College, Experience Works, and Native TANF program.
