Step Up and Let Go

Step up and let go
By Machen MacDonald

When you know and you know you know confidence replaces fear. However, your real power is in your willingness to let go of what you think you know.
Are you ready to make a breakthrough in your business or in your personal life right now? Your way through to that breakthrough may be in letting go of what you hold onto so dearly. Sometimes we get so attached to what is holding us back that we don’t see how we are hanging on so tightly and it has somehow become our norm.
Examine your thinking, habits, training, education, relationships, personal clichés and any other memetic that influences both who you think you are and who you think you are not.
As you take inventory of those memetics notice the ones you feel may be tripping you up to achieving your desires. F ill in the blanks: If only I could_________________ , then I could _______________.
The second blank contains what you want for yourself. In the first blank is what you believe keeps you from experiencing that which you want. Here is the brain bender – It’s not the first blank that is holding you back. It is only your thinking the first blank to be true that holds you back. Those that are achieving what you want simply find a way to stack the evidence to disprove the limiting belief. Your job is to find the evidence to the contrary.
Rather than fall into the “if I could, then I could” trap , step up to the freedom of “ I am so I can!” way of being.
If you woke up tomorrow and your biggest problem vanished from your life’s experience and the issues you have been dealing with are resolved but you don’t know this miracle has happened during your sleep, how would you know the transformation happened once you awoke?
That’s a lot to take in and ponder. From which end do you approach that one? Try both. What would you have less of in your life? What would you have more of in your life? Start seeking the evidence. It’s there.
Is there any real reason to continue to hang on to what you thing is holding you back. The holding on has only become your habit. It’s not you. You can change your habit whenever you decide to change your habit. It takes less energy and effort to let go than it does to hang on.
Take a break and let go. If it doesn’t work you can have your old life back.
Make it up, make it fun, and make it happen!
